The vegetative cycle of the vine consists of several steps.
The first one is pruning. It is carried out during winter due to the fact that the plant is asleep, due to the cold weather.
In spring budding takes place. Plant wakes up and starts growing.
The third stage, blooming and setting, is the most important one. Flowers come out, sprout and fruit sets.
During the veraison, during summer, grapes change their colour from green to yellow.
Harvest, which is grape collection, is the last stage. In summer/autumn we see the result of a whole year of work.
