Bodegas La Val is committed in producing a modern sryle, high quality, mulri-variecal wine. Loureiro and Treixadura grapes are grown in our Porto vineyard, in the heart of EI Condado.
The harvest began at the end of September, with grapes are manually picked into 20 kg cases. Destalked grapes are maceraced for 6 hours at 8°C. The muse is pressed and immediately racked. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for approximately 3 weeks at low temperatures to preserve the characteristic aromas. Muses from different varieties are fermented separately and later the final blend is determined by tasting.
Yellow straw colour with greenish hues, very bright. On the nose the wine has medium-high incensity wirh floral and fruity notes and fresh herbs. Cirrus and creamy aromas typical of Albariño, combine wirh green apple characters from Treixadura; wirh herb, balsamic and gendy smoky notes from the aromatic Loureiro.
Perfect with all kinds of seafood and fish, as well as cheese, foie-gras, chicken, rice and pasta dishes. Best served chilled.
